Homefield Land LLC provides vacant land-related services, including property research, due diligence support, market review, and general land acquisition consulting. Homefield Land LLC may also acquire or sell vacant land directly under separate written transaction documents.
Consulting and research services are informational and are not legal, tax, surveying, engineering, environmental, appraisal, brokerage, financial, or title-insurance services. Clients remain responsible for obtaining licensed professional advice when appropriate.
Property research may rely on county records, mapping tools, listing platforms, public records, and other third-party sources. We do not guarantee that third-party information is complete, current, or error-free.
Fees for consulting or research services are disclosed before purchase or engagement. Online card payments processed for consulting and research services are separate from any real-estate purchase or sale transaction unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Any purchase or sale of real property by Homefield Land LLC is governed by the applicable written purchase agreement, deed, closing documents, or other transaction-specific documents.
