Requests to cancel a consulting or research service should be submitted as soon as possible by email. If work has not yet begun, Homefield Land LLC may approve a full refund.
If research, analysis, document review, or other consulting work has already begun, any refund may be reduced by the reasonable value of work already performed. Completed or substantially completed services may be non-refundable.
Clients may request to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation in advance. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the consultation fee becoming non-refundable.

This policy applies to consulting and research services. Deposits, earnest money, purchase prices, seller proceeds, or other amounts related to real-estate transactions are governed by the applicable transaction documents.
